Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently offer worldwide shipping.


Where do you ship from?

  • T-shirts are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, from the location closest to your delivery address.

  • Pre-order items (such as the art book and collectible figures) will ship either from Switzerland or from our production partner, depending on final logistics.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications, especially for made-to-order or pre-order products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).


When will my order be processed?

  • T-shirts: usually processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.

  • Pre-order items: are produced after the order is placed. Shipping will begin once production is completed. Timelines may vary depending on the product.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location and product type:

  • T-shirts: typically delivered within 7–15 business days after fulfillment

  • Pre-orders: shipping begins once production is completed. Please refer to the product description for estimated timelines


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days from shipment, please contact us at italianbrainrotshop@gmail.com.
We’ll investigate the issue and offer a suitable solution, including a full refund if applicable.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


How do I return an item?

Returns are only accepted for eligible items (e.g. defective or incorrect orders). Pre-order and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.


When will I receive my refund?
